I know I am negative. Mine would probably be commercial actors, after living in LA a few years back, I see these people as prostitutes who will do anything to get on TV
HA, I would be interested in the day to day job activities of the area 51 workers, I'm not sure what they do so i can't say whether i respect them or not! I agree about models. People who try to get rich from their looks kind of irritate me , although I see nothing morally wrong with it. I saw plenty of wanna be models in the LA area as well. It's funny, I talked to so many people who told me how they were well on the way to making it in film or modeling and now 4 years later I haven't seen or heard about any of them!
I actually do respect most cops....I think it's a minority that are total douchebags, they're just louder and more visible, but that doesn't mean they represent the entire force. But cops still freak me out. I don't like the people at concerts that check my purse and pat me down like I'm a criminal. That's really not necessary....do you think I'm going to choose a James Taylor concert to make my big attack on America? They say they're just doing their job, but their job is pointless. It's a different story at the airport, though. I don't hate them.
telemarketers. door to door sales people (i used to be one. couldnt handle it. did it for the challenge) advertisers
Christine, if you are a model then I stand very corrected! (besides, I'm only trying to create conflict here )
I wish that I was a model, it seems like it'd be better than cleaning toilets Although... they would probably make me shave and also wear makeup... so I guess I wouldn't want to be one.
I don't think it would be a question of whether or not you would shave and wear makeup to be a model. It would probably be more of a question of whether or not you would shave and wear makeup for how many hundreds of thousands of dollars and a few pictures. BTW. Happy Birthday if that thread was from today. If not, Happy Belated.
I think the defining question would be whether or not anyone would want to hire me as a model And yes, it is from today, and so thank you
Fine and dandy. But it goes both ways. Grassroots movements exist as a contrary to the corporations. But what makes the ideals of peace and compassion from the grassroots movement any more important than the ideals of good economic standing of the government or corporate employee?
hey! i've never masturbated a turkey (unless you count my husband and a few ex-boyfriends) but i clean my daughter's cotton diapers every day! i deserve respect. i have the least respect for ambulance-chasing lawyers and social service workers.
