Okay, I dont know if this have been discussed before or not (due to the laaaaarge forum threads) and since this is related to sex, I given it a chance.

Mods, feel free to delete (or move, whatever) this thread if it is not appropriate.

And please, let me tell you that english is not my first language, so I may wrongly explain something, and create some confusion in this post.

And I would be very upset if this thread becomes a flame-zone.
I know the risks I take at posting this, but understand I dont want to upset people with this.
I just want to be honest with myself and others without any discrimination or whatever you call it.

So please people, dont come at insulting each other (or me, lol)! ;)

    Okay.

There's the people who say <i>"all men are rapists/bastards/sex-obsessed beings, women are sluts, etc..."

Some women who say "Guys are after all girls on earth, no matter their look or mind. They only care about women for their... ****. That's all."

"You know nothing about life, girl. If men were listening themselves, they would be married and divorced 62659546649494 times, etc... Men never truly fall in love and never truly love a woman as a friend/lover, he actually want to take profit of her."
    </i>

Here's the kind of shit I hear everyday from middle aged people (mostly from my boss who's as the same time the owner of the house in which I'm living in) when discussions comes about love, sex, and relationships.

She tries to brain-wash me with all her shits about finding a guy, do your life with him, even if you dont love him.
Okay, this happened to her, and her husband is not too nice with her. (He doesnt hit her, but rather treat her like his servant, only good to cook dinner and make kids, if you know what I mean.)
I can understand her in some ways, but why does she imposes her views on others, and force them to think like she does?

Why some people always say that love doesnt exist, and that better shall be married to a guy who works and gets money (and who'll knock you down, be cheating on you, instead of a poor and total-loving man.)

And mostly: why women always have this derogatory view on men?

I'm maybe naive to think like this, since I had poor relationships with men, no matter the kind of relationship, but I think people who say men are all like this or like that have a serious problem...

But well... us, women also have our little defaults. :p

I wont tell them there, because I prefer read a thread about this, written by a guy, and the general men's views on women. =P

    Well... here.

    Sorry for the confusion.

    Love,

    Valy.

From what I gather, you're talking about females being deragatory against ment...and...well...I see it a lot too. In my opinion, it was the feminist equality movement gone awry. I mean, equality is nice, but that's not what most feminists go for now. Most feminists now are sexist bigots against men. Look at Lifetime and Oxygen...they portray men as evil, adulterous rapists. It's horrible. Some men are bad, some are polyamourous (which isn't necessarily bad unless you want a monogamous relationship with them), but it's the same with women. I know promiscuous women just as much as I do men. But it's not "when a woman sleeps with lots of men, she's a slut, but if a man sleeps with lots of women, he's number one" anymore. Now, it's "female empowerment" to sleep with random guys. If a guy does it, he's "typical" and thus scorned.

Yeah. People suck. That's just how it goes.

    aw girl. dont fret.
not all guys are like that... hopefully lol..
I havent had any luck with relationships either, but I have alot of really great guy friends and i really couldent see them being like that to their girls.

I know some people are totally fucked in the head.. and even some countrys dont have it illegal to have woman as a lower race... it is really sad...

i feel sorry for your co-worker... I hope she finds the strength to get away from the bad relationship she is in...

it's all about making your own meaning and not letting others make that for you. generalizations and absolutes aren't appropriate. though, usually people tend to see those in their "in-group" as being more varied than "the others." so, in line with that, it's odd to think that a woman would say, "ALL women." besides, sex/gender isn't very specific.
