Hellow everyone! I've been watching this forum for a while now and doubt I should register. Finally I decided to register with a nickname, which is not very usually for me. Why not my real name? I guess cuz I'd want to speak 100% free here. I dont like the idea my classmates will find my posts here (cuz they do search for you on the net). About me: you can call me Rianne, or give me a special own nickname I'm 14 years old, so I wasn't born yet in the '60 I love those years and the hipie-ideas, so I guess I can call myself a young hippie I'm fond of writing and I'm a quite calm girl. I've got some friends, but they does not understand or even think about things as life, the world and stuff. i really can't talk to them about anything else than homework and school That's me! I'm going to explore the forum ... hehe. flower powerss! PS: I'm Dutch, so English isn't my mother tongue. I've been studing English for two years now, so please ignore my faults.

Welcome!! I have same problem with most of my friends. You just have to find some new friends who will understand you. but it is hard, i know. Anyway, your english is soooooooo great. you are studying it two years!! I'm allways trying to learn English faster, so I'm really glad to see it helped And how cool you're coming to the Netherlands! I think you mean the city 'Leeuwarden' in Friesland, a special part of the Netherlands. People there even have got their own language! (called 'Fries', I don't speak it, but my uncle and cousins do. It's really weird!) I've never been there, but they've heard it's a really nice place. I'm living in Amsterdam, the big capital A really really cool place with very much different people from different countries and cultures. I really like that, but for much people it is difficult to accept 'other people'. You may have heard of the murder on Theo van Gogh, a moviemaker who was killed (at my corner!) because of his critical movies. Or Chris Crain, who has been attacked a while ago just beacause he is gay. I think it's realy sad people can't live with eachother in peace.
