Off like a prom dress

So last night was my prom. I had this completely kick ass outfit that was a skirt, and then a black satin corset style top with brocade with colorful flowers down the middle that my mom made for me, and also this lace thing to go over it with flounces on the sleeves that look like marie antoinnette. And striped fishnets and gold shoes.

I went with my uber conservative religious best friend and her equally so boyfriend, and then his wacky liberal counterpart whom I had met only once before as my date. It was a little awkward with the four of us, but my guy was pretty cool.

However, I finished the night in wondrous stereotypical fashion by ending up at a party in a friend's cabin in the middle of butt-fuck-egypt nowhere, getting smashed and having sex with a friend who was not my date.

I'll have you know, I put the ribbons on myself, in the car on the way to my friend's house. They were not part of the shoes until I declared they be so.

you can't tell, but the skirt has satin ribbons and lace on it. And the back has the whole lace-up deal.

Which made the end of the evening events really hilarious in a sense that my sexual collaborator could not figure out what the fuck was going on with that top or how the fuck to get it off. It's hard enough when you're standing up and sober.
