~ Candy Striper Patchy Skirt ~

I hated this fabric while I was sewing, but now that I am finished I think it looks super cute... I am glad, I seriously thought it was going to be the uglyest skirt I ever made but I definately dig it now with the red ribbon drawstring and my sad attempt at a ruffle that isnt very ruffley, well, damn! it isnt a ruffle at all HAHAHA

that is a sad little ruffle but i'm no good at them either.
i dig the fabric it is really cute

 

thank god i finally got the ruffle thing down so all of the ones i make for now on are going to look much more ruffley!! =)

 

LOL, yah, I think in order to call em ruffles, they actually have to *giggles* I really love the contrast of the light yellow and the stripe fabric.

 

Here is a little guide to how I make ruffles when I use them. Please excuse my poor use of Paint, I truly am untalented when it comes to the mechanics of trasnferring my mental images into computer images.
