well acctualy, you initial post has a few plot hole which i would like to point out

due to the angle of the earths axis, it would technically be winter and very cold in antarctica at the present time...

and santa, living at the north pole [it would have to be the magnetic north, cause the real north pole is just water] would no have the opportunity cause there are no naturally occuring penguins north of the equator, the farthest north they have made it is the galapogos islands off the coast of equador
