Solstice Sunrise - Hertfordshire

Hmmm...that looks really cool, and I'll be in Banbury at the time. Aylesbury's a damn sight closer than Stonehenge!

 

I live in the chiltern hills...so that would be very easy to get to. I have that entire week of work too!

 

This morning was a fairly imtimate event, with only around 10 peeps for a majority of the morning and another 10-15 arrived in bits & bobs between 4am & sunrise. When I arrived onsite around 1ish to get the fire started there was already a smattering of random people wandering around - once the fire was lit (and it took a while) we all relaxed as the joints/beers were passed around.

Sunrise was lovely, delayed by around 20 mins due to cloud on the horizon, but it was well worth the wait.

Not quite what I had expected, but altogether a lovely morning.........

Hey how are you my name id dusty i'm from Australia i read the above posting that would have been beautiful dod you do that alot i would love to hear more about it if you don't mind of course thats up to you but it's sound wonderful
