Hey, I was wondering, is Ezekiel Bread the healthiest form of bread available? Or is there some other sprouted bread that is better, such as hemp bread?

Historicaly, grains like wheat and rice have been found to be more nutritious than hemp. Hemp is a good rope but a lousy lunch.

Hemp is high protien, so if you need to be aware of your protien intake, like kidney trouble, keep hemp in low rotation.

Sprouted breads of all sorts are good for you, mostly, and definitely better than commerical non-whole-grain breads.
Ezekiel breads have odd textures and tastes to some.
Try it, and see if it is worth the effort of finding it/ price.

we make sprouted wheat crackers with the wheatgrass grinder.
take sprouts, process through grinder (slow and messy),wring out the pulp ejected and roll up like clay into snakes. then spiral them and dry in gas oven with pilot light or in sun.
    yummy and sweet.
