None of those are his last name. His name is Otto Mann.

 

I know the Simpsons pretty well and I've never heard his last name mentioned. I could be wrong, so I'm sitting on the fence for now!

 

It Otto Manz, it should his license on one episode!

 

My episode guide just has Otto in it, but then it's probably just old.

 

I think it is just otto. There is a chance that I am wrong, but then again I watch the Simpsons 6 times a week. I know the only word maggie ever said, dada and a bunch of other worthless stuff. I just need a little help with something. You know comic book guy, he told his name to flanders what was it? I can't remember.

 

Yea I cant remeber his name, it was some dorky name that fits him though!

 

Alright I think I found the answer. I havent checked out the episode but I saw a transcript online. Remember when Otto gets his drivers license? On his new license his name says Otto Mans according to the transcript.

 

Thats right, I just hit z by mistake!

 

His name is Jeff Albertson it was on the Hail Mary episode !!!

 

I have the Simpsons poster with Otto on it. If he had a last name, it would be on that poster.
