in the Réunion (french dept/island in the Indian Ocean) pot is that cheap. Someone I didn't even know the first name gave me 3 joints for free because I told him I'm looking for a dealer and I really want to smoke. When I finally found a dealer, 10€ (it's, like, 11$) was worth 3 weeks of being permanently stoned.
So do you know any country where life is good (not just for tourism) and pot is really cheap ?
Where I live right now (somewhere in metropolitan France) I can get 10g of commercial grad hash for 60€ , 25g for 120€, 100g for 300€.

My uncle visits the Dominican Republic every winter and lives like a king while he's there.
