Kinda like a potable gravity bong. You take a two liter, set the top up to where the bowl covers the spout. Then lift the bowl, plug the hole, fill it with water. Replace bowl and light, then remove your finger from the hole at the bottom. After the waters gone, inhale.

Oh, these things are just excellent. I do them all the time since I don't have a pipe. I get a big milk jug, and I roll a joint. Put the joint in the top of the top, and let the water spill out. I have to roach clip it at one point right above the hole, but I do it so much now that I'm good at it.
