I have posted this link in another thread before, but I thought it would be good to put here in the Women's Issues as well. It is about a small magnetic clip you fix in your underpants to relief you from menstrual pains. Personally I haven't got much pain, but I have a couple of friends that get severe pains and they say the clip works wonders. Sorry if that has been discussed before, the search didn't find it. A magnetic clip? that wouldn't have anything to do with magnesium or something.. if your looking for natural have foods such as berries, nuts etc that are high in Magnesium or if you like just take a Magnesium tablet because it calms the muscles that cause the pain.
Nikken is a company that produces magnet products to improve peoples health and help with aches and pains and what not. I'm sure it would do the same for cramps. Its a networking company and i'm sure there would probably be people in or near your computer that are selling their products. my mother and step father did and now do off and on. but they still lend their products for other people...such as my bf; he has an ankle wrap on to help relieve pain in his ankle since he's twisted it. all their products have magnets
