i've NEVER had allergies before! today i stayed home from work because my head is heavy, my eyes ache, i sound as though i'm holding my breath, and my throat aches. i've been caught so off guard with this.
what can i do about it? teas to drink? herbs to take? please! i can't stay out of work forever!

    first see a doctor
try and work out what is causing the allergy.
you need to try and find the root cause first
    prevention is better than cure.
in the meantime see a doctor

I recommend to drink 3-4 cups of stinging nettle tea with three teaspoons of Swedish Bitter Drops inside per day.
That gives relief in many cases of hayfever allergies.

i find that the best thing to do for allergies is fast. stop eating everything for at least a day or two and only drink distilled water( i think that's the purest water available). a lot of times allergies are related to food. especially wheat and dairy products.

if you don't have time for that, the best thing to do is go to a natural food shop, wholefoods supermarket, or whatever and buy the herbal capsules they sell, i have found the product called , sinus-stop, is the best.
