Things should probably have been different
i did the best that i could, but it was never enough for you
but i tried.

If it takes me all night, i'll finish this wine
and i'll stumble to bed and make the dreamworld mine
the clouds will always be fluffy and white
and the sun will never give way to the night
and the beds are always comfortable and warm
and the tv is good, and the weather is calm
and the music is great, from the trebles to the bass'
and the beer flows freely from multiple places
and the colours suit my moods and are never too bright
so good night to all...and to all a goodnight

a little odd in places but it does well to get the point of your sadness across
