Busted for possesion of paraph..have court tomorrow

Okay, I got caught with a pipe while camping and have court tomorrow in Cottonwood, Arizona.. I'm worried as to the outcome of this.. What will happen to a first time offender? should I fight it or plead guilty and go for a plea bargain..I F'in hate this and havent been able to smoke recently because of this.. Gotta make sure im clean just in case! ya know... Any thoughts?
Remember that Arizona is a zero tolerance state and possesion of para.. is a criminal charge!

Same here is Va. I hafta go thrusday for the same type shit. In Va first offense is a like getting a parking ticket. Though I am sure none of it will hold up because of they way the searched us. Plus this is the third time goin to court because the lab keeps fucking up!

 

Arizona sure is weird. I would suggest just accepting whatever they give to you. I hate to say it, but if I lived in a state where I could get jail time for a pipe, I would never smoke outside my home and try to move. If you know the laws are harsh, you have to be extra careful.

I would think for a first time offense, they might let you go with a fine. I could be totally wrong, but I would think the punishment would be less if you own up instead of pleading not guilty and they find you guilty anyway...

I should know to be more careful than i was.. you would think the 20 miles on a dirt road and down at a Hot spring would be as safe as home... If this goes well then I think I am doing just that.. Gettin out of Arizona while I can.. Thinking of Nor. Cal. or Oregon... Either way, Keep me in your thought and wish me luck.. a little luck can't hurt!

My thoughts excactly Flyeyes! Blows my mind.. ANYWAY I went to court in this little town.. SUCKED~!! I had a cool judge which is more that I thought I would get.. I have 1 year unsupervised probation, 12 weeks of T.A.S.C (F'ing drug testing) and a $375 dollar fine.. Those BASTARDS!!! Could be worse tho.. I saw one guy there for driving on a suspended license and he got jail time! Whew.. I'm happy to be outta there!

6 months ago i got a DUI charge, knwo what the ticket was? 84$ and my friend had to drive my car home

i dont see the whole para laws out there, here if you have a resin stained piece then i thing you get charged with possesion of a small amount of resin, which is hard to be charged for, can you just say it was for tobacco use if it was clean. drug laws are sick

 

I got caught for cultivation in Maine and got a $$462 fine and that was it, but it went on my record as criminal

 

thats why you should always roll your bud up when youre outside smoking

 

Yeah... papers are the way to go, when you're in more public areas, anways.
