My mother was over visiting the other day and she brought up "perforated rubber pants" in conversation. She said that she used to use them on me when i was a baby and had a diaper rash. She said they were just regular ordinary rubber pants but small, round, tiny little air holes in them to allow moisture to escape from a baby's cloth diapers. "Do any of you remember them"?
