For some reson after listening to NIN I'm starting to have an ear for some techno. Anyone know any good techno artist?
yeah but if you want realy good indu i know some realy good bands i love indu, try throbbing gristle they pretty much invented indu there not that heavy and my favorite indu band if you like them cheak out Cabaret Voltair they are a older indu band too,a more techno indu band is beborn beton,then you have hard rock/metal indu like KMFDM and bile which both i fucking love,then you got you standerd indu,pigface,skinny puppy, there are many others, some goth techno indu alien sex fiend which is uber kick ass, techno and indu are very different
the chemical brothers........they're very popular so you probably already know their music but I'd thought I'd give it a mention just in case. Paul Oakenfold as well & orbital.
Depends what kind of techno, i hate that really predictable shit techno you hear late at night on the radio, but i like stuff like the chemical brothers. So some of it's alright
I prefer Goa... I like the psychedelic, mind-bending kind... With tribal and cultural influences in it, too.

well for techno you got infected mushroom,lords of acid,massive attack,prodigy,velvet acid christ. i wouls still cheak out some more indu bands
yeah, but still, I've never thought of NIN as anything close to techno. I don't know. Maybe its just me
I'd say Tricky is Good. I'f you want a little more laid back shit Kruder and Dorfmister are great! Especially when you get home at 5:30 in the morning after partying all night!
Deep Forest is awesome if you like new age kind of stuff. It's like new age, world, trance, techno. They use samples of pygmies....that sort of thing. They are very earthy. They're stuff is just BEAUTIFUL
