how long does it take to master the skill? dont know, depends on the individual and amount of time/energy put into it id say. iv only had a few concious projections myself though, but i rarely try these days
All it takes is a little mental control to day-dream in this very vivid way. Try smoking a joint first...
The hardest part is that it is so easy its hard to believe your actually doing it. Its completely natural, the struggle lies within letting go. To this day I find that astral projection is still complicated because its so easy that it seems like your not even doing it....
ok i dont know if this is astral projection but every couple of months i am on the verge of sleeping... and i feel paralyzed and i cant move no matter how hard i try but my mind is awake and i get really scared because i cant move and i start to panic... at the same time im having really weired dreams of walking in a brightly colored town... and i can go in and out of this dream at free will... and its peaceful except for the paralyzation part... can anyone tell me wut this might be?
Sleep Paralysis?..It's actually pretty common. When you fall asleep your limbs, etc are paralyzed to prevent you from acting out your dreams. Sometimes peoples minds will wake up before there body gets the message that they are awake and the result is being awake in a sleeping body..completely harmless
okay, I have a query, is it "normal" for the you when you're astral projecting to be different from the you in normal day to day life, say drastically different? and I'm not just talking taller, more muscular that kind of vain bullshit, I mean totally different does that happen? I mean regularly rather...
