I don't know what's up with this place right now, but it's acting really funky....
last night, I posted a reponse to this one thread and now I can't read the new reponses after my post. It says in "my posts" that there's new responses....but I can't see them....
Then there was another one where I posted, and it says that I did under "my posts," but I can't see mine or the ones after me.....
These threads are in the hippies and the love &sex forum.....I don't know if that matters.
There's other threads that I'm not having this problem with at all.....
    anyone else having this problem?

Maybe it's because you can't type one message without using 9 different colors? Or maybe you're just crackin' up? ;)

I did get this happen to me once, then discovered what was *really* going on. Forum posts are broken up into groups of 20 posts or so per page. My posting seemed to disappear, then I discovered that a new page had been added. Lo and behold, there was my post, right at the top of the new page.

It may also be possible that your particular browser is failing to pick up the presence of the new page. Some browsers and browser versions have an annoying habit of pulling web pages out of a cache, even when they're supposed to have been updated. This means that you get "old" page data, and not the updated page. This behavior may not even be predictable; sometimes you get an updated page, and sometimes you get a cached one.

I don't know if this will help, but I thought it worth a try... If all else fails, you might contact the sysadmin for help. Click on Contact Us under the Forum Options menu.

    Peace and Love!
