sick people using MJ can now be prosecuted by feds regardless of state laws

    why should sick people, using legal medicine as prescribed by their doctor, have to even worry about the fed's storm troopers breaking down their door in the middle of the night? This is a states issue, not one for the federal government. If California says it's legal medicine, then it should be so.

    Federal supremecy, remember we had a war over this. If we want the states to be the end-all in deciding legality than we'd probably still be owning slaves....

    We also had the revolutionary war when the government had too much control in the people's lives.

    If our founding fathers could see how corrupt and controlling the govt is now, they'd roll over in thier graves.

    True to a point. They are allowed to have supremecy involving interstate commerce. The California marijuana is grown there, sold there, and used there. The Feds have no rights. Besides, medical law is a states' issue.
