I've been having a lot of weird dreams, not so much nightmares but pretty close. So, I made myself a very simple, colourful dream catcher and hung it in my window. Now, I'm not sure if it's actually working or if it's more of a psychological thing on my behalf, but I'm not getting any weird dreams any more. Even my husband was saying he's been sleeping better, isn't that odd?

I don't think its odd, I've always been a big believer of Dreamcatchers. I've got a big one with three smaller ones hanging from my cieling over my bed and I sleep well. When I was about 10 I started getting terrible nightmares as with my atopic eczema I used to hallucinate, so I got a dream catcher and soon after, stopped having such bad dreams.
Even if it is a psycological thing, it doesn't matter. If it helps, it helps! I find having other relaxing stuff helps out too, I have rainbow chimes, sparkly xmas decorations, fairies, gems........all hanging round my room hehe

dreamcatchers stop evil spirits and entities entering our bodies whilst we sleep . native american indians have a really good understanding of the spirit world.

I was getting weird dreams and getting really spun out by them, so my friend gave me a proper Native Ameircan Dreamcatcher and it really does work. Dream pillows are effective also!

They really do, it's quite fascinating...

I've made a couple dream pillows, I love them... with all the lavender in them, they're quite soothing.
