Do any of you guys know any good bands with a right wing slant?

I am not talking about Nazi metal or anything like that (You must be an idiot to listen to that crap). Just some good rock bands whose members have right wing views and are not afraid to sing about it.

    Thanks,
    Infinity.

No, they've all described themself as left wingers, Roger wrote most of the lyrics and he was a socialist.

Lynyrd Skynyrd, especially the modern version of the band.

Pretty much all black metal bands who are serious about the message they bring, Oi! bands, I assume Metallica (since James hunts as a hobby and all and because of the song Don't tread on me), I assume Iced Earth because of patriotism.

Also check out the song titles of Vaginal Jesus when you want it really right-wing...

Henry Rollins is far from a rightwinger. He doesn't need politics he is just a badass.

Ian Curtis of Joy Division voted conservative but he never sang about it.

he asked for right-wing music, i'm sure he's knows his fair share of left-wing musicians..

and the doors weren't very left-wing anyway.. other than "peace frog", they didnt have any other semi-political songs.

Guns n' roses are good, so is Lynard Skynard. Is guns n' roses right wing?

Slipknot isn't a band I'd recommend (in fact, I'd very much decommend them), but they're quite right-wing. I read in an interview that one of their songs was about "defying the left-wing weaklings who try to take our guns away" or something... but then again, they suck.

Skynrd are bunch of SELL OUTS!!! They used to be just southern versions of hippies but now they've all jumped on the right-wing band wagon. That down right horrible song Red,White and Blue is a perfect example. BTW:

Consider a few Skynrd lyrics. "Handguns are made for killing, they ain't no good for nothing else. If you like to drink your whiskey ya might even shoot yourself. So why don't we dump em people to the bottom of the sea? Before some ol' fool come 'round here and wanna shoot either you or me". -Saturday Night Special

Ted Nugent is a sell out as well. He made several anti-war and pro-drug comments during the late 60's and early 70's.

It used to be that Rock'n'Roll stood for free thought and liberty.Right-wingers aren't exactly known for being free thinkers.

As for The Doors, Five to One is clearly Anti-Establishment and The Unknown Soldier is clearly Anti-War.
