It's really good, you might actually like it. I've had the plain-flavored already made Chex-Mix, and to be honest, I don't really care for the taste. I like more flavor, and I love things that have a spicy edge. I've made it for my kids' birthday parties, and everyone really likes it. The recipe makes a LOT, so you've got to store it in good air-tight containers so it doesn't go stale and taste like crap. Course, you can always cut the recipe in half so it makes less. Here's the recipe if you or anyone else wants it: 3 cups of wheat squares (Chex or any brand) 3 cups of corn squares 2 cups of rice squares 2 cups of cheddar goldfish crackers, or any small cheese crackers 2 cups of pretzel sticks or twists 2 cups of mixed nuts or dry roasted peanuts 1/4 cup of butter 4 to 5 tablespoons of barbecue sauce (any flavor you prefer, spicy, honey, regular) 1 tablespoon of Worchestershire sauce 1 teaspoon of cajun seasoning Take all of the cereal, crackers, pretzels and nuts, and combine them in a large roasting pan. In a small saucepan, melt the butter with the barbecue sauce, Worchestershire sauce and cajun seasoning until blended, then pour over the cereal mixture, stirring until thoroughly coated. Bake uncovered in the oven at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread onto waxed paper to cool completely, and then store in airtight containers.
