Those kind of questions are allways really hard, it depend on so many thing... how well you know her, what her boyfriends is like and if you know him, if she likes you, how much she likes him and many other thing that I can't really think of right now... But try to make her laugh, laughter opens the door to the heart. Let her know you want her, but not just pour it out let it slip little by little and see how she reacts... But normally I'd say it was a bad idea, I allmost 'got beat up' for doing it once luckily it didn't get that far So my advise to you is don't do it...
id say just stick by her side as a friend...theres nothing more needed than is a friend to help...be there, and of course show interest....
I'd say don't. If she wanted to date you instead, she'd be doing it. Sorry, but trying to take away some one else's partner sounds very cruel to me. If she would be willing to leae him for you, what would stop her from leaving you for someone else?
Be her friend but leave her alone! Respect her and your fellow man! If she's having problems with her b/f be someone she can talk to, but don't make a move until she makes a clean break! If she's happy with her b/f, if you really like her, you'll want her to be happy. And don't tease her into cheating on him with you. That's only creating stress for her and if she'll do it with you, she'll do it to you. :H
steal her away into the mountians, then cause an avolanche(sp) so her family/bf cant get to her and hope she falls in love with you. then when the snow thaws and her family comes for her she wont want to leave...you may need 5 other brothers in the same situation and one who already has a wife for this to work...

Who cares really? I mean alot of women will say they have a bf for many different reasons, and in some cases they don't even have one. I know of a saying that works: oh so you have a bf, is he the type who knows how to touch you deep inside of who you truley are, or is he just the type you are keeping around until you find someone better. So what if she has a bf, if he doesnt meet her core relationship values, then there is a good chance you can get her to leave him for you.
