Wrong, sorry. He's a mutt because he's a mutt. The spots on the tongue give away that he either has Chow or Akita (they both are famous for the blue tongues) in him. Could also be any of the other Asian giant breeds with blue tongues, but unlikely since there are so few of them in North America. Nice looking dog, Hippie!
