I've been looking into the whole detoxification thing, since I have alot of fatigue, headaches (although I think those are mostly stress related) pms, break-outs, etc. and I read an article about internal cleansing. http://www.gifam.org/npcleansing.htm So, they recommend this system of tea and herbs, but it costs 66 bucks. I'm not gonna pay that much, especially since I think I can find it on my own for much cheaper. Is this stuff for real? Anyone got any suggestions for alternatives? -Kate
check out www.rawfoods.com It is for raw foodist but they talk alot about fasting/ master cleanse. Lots of good info
A co-op is a place where you can volunteer to work there (like two nights) and get so much percentage off your groceries. It's also cheaper to shop there. the one i go to is mostly run by volunteer. i'm sure that's not the entire defination though.
Hmmm...interesting. I'd just heard some people mention them in a few posts, and I was not sure what they were--so I figured it was time to ask. That sounds like a really cool idea, though! I wonder if there are any around here...
