Why dont I ever get Blood-Shot Eyes when im High ? Its not Necessary a bad thing but i just always wondered why i never get them like everyone else
i get them...i don't care, it doesnt bother me. i also get it from drinking and not sleeping and being dehydrated....
I have gotten them once or twice that i know of...only when I smoked at school before 1st period though...and it wasnt a wake and bake thing 'cause I do that every saturday so who knows...
its different for everybody. its like sayin "why am i not hungry before 8 o'clock", your body reacts differently thats all.
I know if I make pot browines. I sure have red eyes latter. and when I smoke. I am always throwing eye drops in.

That website suprises me, because according to the propaganda from my health class, red eyes are caused by hightened blood pressure (which pot supposedly causes). Hmm... but blood pressure isn't listed as a possible cause. Shows how much truth we learn from anti-drug propaganda! lol
Red eyes is caused by a dialation of the blood vessels. this happens everywhere on your body, but is more noticable in the eyes. I think that tolerance has a lot do with it, and the quality of the weed. Plus your eyes can become dependant on eye drops.

Blood pressure does not increase much if at all when you're high. In fact it may go down. The thing is, when you smoke, your heart beats faster, which would increase blood pressure, but it's offset by dilated blood vessels (including those in your eye). That doesn't explain why some people don't get redeye, though.
I know that if a person takes a killer hit, and coughs a lot, their eyes are almost always going to be more intense than someone who hasn't coughed. I've always told people that coughing makes your eyes really red, and its probably true. But with some people not even getting red eye... I think it's just different body chemistry, or you're lying.
coughing makes your eyes red but only for a minute or so. glassy eyes is universal i think but redness.. well someteims you can smoke ltos and not get red eyes and someteims you do. who knows? i think its just a little physiology
