(This is actually a Weight Watchers recipe, so if you follow Weight Watchers it's 1½ points per muffin.) Ingredients: 1 Spice Cake Mix 1 can Pumpkin 1 cup Water Directions: Mix together the dry cake mix, water, and canned pumpkin. Spoon into muffin tins. Bake at 350°(F) for 18 minutes. Makes 24 muffins. *note: We made a variation of this using a chocolate cake mix instead of spice cake, and it was very good. Just thought I'd mention this for all you chocolate lovers out there
