Hello from southern California. We are a small Collective of folks taking care of the earth, living part-time on an organic farm in a coastal valley...and part-time indigenous in the mountains on beautiful native land surrounded by an Indian Reservation. Our Farm has over 30 types of fruits like: avocados, oranges, figs, mulberries, carob, grapefruit, persimmon, apple, plum, jujube, blood orange, loquat, Indian figs, pummelo, che, pineapple guava, Asian pear, guava, apricot, peach, macadamia nut, etc. At our mountain retreat in the desert we have several camps near waterfalls, and a few in Indian caves. To us this is the way to live life, balancing the agrarian with the primitive. We honor native teachings and believe in a natural foods diet. At present we are trying to link up with young folks into serious backpacking, meditation, yoga and interested in working with us here on the farm and in the mountains from now until the end of October. Oh wow, sounds incredible. I am greatly interested, definetly. I'm leaving tommorow via backpack and the thumb for Nationals, and plan on attending Burning Man beginning of September. But after that I'd love to come help you guys out on your farm til the end of october.
