really? i thought i saw him french kissing emily dickinson in the library the other day. so that explains it! lol.
No, he was always PRETENDING to be alive but he never was really. It was only ever Shakespeare who was alive.
...............................yeah did any one see mozart the other day? i saw him down the fruit and veg store lol whats with these rumours about dead people coming back to life?
folks,i get freaky mad reading this . ...but seeing it from a satiric perspective it is just too funny....*lol-ly pop* ...so i was watching PINK PANTHER lately, beeing caught up by the egg-shaped inspector, suggesting a child wish of mine came true just untill the time i woke up lying under my pink-panther-bedclothes and pink-panther-pillow .
Of course he's still alive.... maybe not physically, but Shakespeare was responsible for creating over 2000 new coinages and idioms during his time, which are used widely in English today. Plus, how many people still read/perform Shakespeare? He's like elvis, marilyn and "God". He may not be alive, but he DOES exist to some extent. People wouldn't know who he was otherwise.
did you know that the complete works of shakespeare contains 30,000 independant words (different words, not word count 30,000) most of which he created himself complete works of byron, only 6000
