    From Colorado RAinbow group:
    Hi,

Tony Sirna from Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage in Missouri recently
    sent
out the following. Morgan Spurlock, creator of the movie
    Supersize Me,
has a new reality tv series coming out called "30 Days." In each
episode, people spend 30 days in a situation different than
    their
normal life. The show has filmed 6 episodes for its first
    series, and
the last episode is titled "Off the Grid" and is about two New
    Yorkers
who try out living at the rural ecovillage.

    Tony says:

    -------------------------------

As some of you know there has been a film crew at Dancing Rabbit
    for
the last month filming for a documentary/reality-TV show called
    30
Days. The crew left yesterday and today they have put our
    episode's
promo up on their website. I guess this means we can tell
    everyone
about it now (we were supposed to keep it quiet during the
    filming).
Our episode should air on July 20th on the FX cable network.

    So check out:

    http://fxnetworks.com/shows/originals/30days/main.html

Click skip intro (if you are in a hurry)
Hover over Episodes, and choose Off the Grid

We got along quite well with the subjects and crew and can only
    hope
that the story editors at the network are kind to us. Wish us
    luck.

Feel free to tell your friends. Hopefully this will be good
    publicity
    for intentional community.

    Thanks,
    Tony

I talked with Tony about this, and it's unclear how much control
Morgan Spurlock has over the editing, which is of course where
    most of
the important choices about presentation are made. So this might
    be a
schlocky commercial thing, or it might be great, and we won't
    know
    until it airs.

    Cheers,

That's cool as heck! I keep an eye on their site, not to far from me. I'll try to catch that (gotta go to someone elses houses to watch tv).

They have an article up on the "Danicing Rabbit" site about it now.
