Hey whats going on!
I'm Arnold yeah I know strange name but it's better then my nickname (Bubba)
I'm pretty new around here and was in hopes of cutting my teeth in to some new friends. Basically I'm a laid back guy looking for some people like me to relate with. In a world of "Britney Spears", and "Boy Bands" How the heck is a guy supposed to relate to the world, the world of corporation take overs, and monopolies how does one 23 year old male break free from the chains that holds the world behind? Anyway that's the musician side of me coming out. I'm a guitarist and a song writer (mostly a guitarist) I tried singing but it's just not easy for me to do that in front of people. Anyway if you wanna talk about music I'm your man I know my roots pretty well of 60's and 70's music. So write me back we all need friends, well I do too. Arnold

 

Welcome Arnold, or we call u "Bubba", lol!! I agree w/u about the candy-"rockers" and the world of corporate take overs! I think the world should be able to "start over" financially, like when a dollar equalled 100 pennies, not 50, lol!!
At the rate we are going in a few years it will cost about $15 for a loaf of bread! In some countries, families live on $8 / month....and we have to deal w/ Britney, the Hiltons, Trump and the Olson Twins,lol!! There are more millionares in the world right now than there have ever been in recorded history and it sucks!!
I'd like to hear u play sometime...If u can play "Ripple" u'll be my hero!! I don't really even know any new music....last 7-10 yrs, except AC/DC, GnR, Stones, Allman Bros...well, u get the picture....peace

Hey guy's! Thanks so much for the friendly welcome to the forum. Steph you can definately call me Bubba most of my friends do, thats why it's a nickname. Plus if it makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside then I'm happy to ablige you with the name Bubba lol. Sara, I totally dig what your saying about bread being $15 and some countries live a month on a budget of $8 a month. When did Americans forget about what's really important anyway? Around here people are so upset that Mexican's are coming and taking all the jobs. I agree that something should be done about the growing population of Illegal aliens, but complaining to people that can't do anything but listen to you complain wont solve anything. I really wish people would try to do something besides complain. Anyway sorry I had to vent that out, when I get going on a role it's hard to stop. Oh and as far as that song "Ripple" goes... I'm not sure I've ever heard of it. What band play's it? I'm sure I could learn it though. Well anyway thanks again to everybody I hope to talk to you all again soon. Bubba lol
