Damn, I live just across the lake and a bit north of you jerry, its 80, raining and still incredibly humid. The weather has been horid for a week

It is very hot out. I was outside picking up sticks and when I was done I put my feet in my son's pool. That cooled me off a bit. Friday we will have a big pool I can dunk my entire body in. YEAH!

My husband and his brother put new shingles on our roof this past weekend and my husband had to come down for a bit. He almost had heat stroke while he was up there. His eyes looked really weird and he was having cold flashes. Dangerous weather this is.

 

Heck yeah! Those over-excited meteorologists have been forecasting rain for days, even predicted some severe storms this afternoon, yet there hasn't been a drop here. Zero, zip, zilch, nada.

ahahhahahhahahahha h try hangin insulation in a attic bonus room where the heat index is 137,, then goin into the main house where the heat index drops to a cool 110,, then loadin yer shit back up in swealtering sunshine of 90 plus then drivin 2 hours home..

an its only june,, soon them bonus rooms will break 145..

its been raining here for the last 2 hours and it feels SOOOOOOO good.. I was out playing in it earlier. Dropped the temp from 90 to 70.

 

I live near Interval and this heat sucks.

We were just outside roasting marshmellows. My husband was sitting there swealtering. I normally tend to the fire (because I love fires) but tonight I asked Bill if he could do it. We decided we both couldn't do it and went inside.
