Thanks Frog. Well. I have three other bonsai at home, they have been collected from the forest. But here, in France, I had no possibilities to do so, and therefor I bought a five year old apple-bonsai. I felt way to lonely here without any plant in my room. As long as summer was not in full rage, I kept him outside my window. But when sun got real hot, I took him in my room, where I supposed it to be shady enough. I have nt change soil or pot for a while (4 month, since I have it) neither roots nor foilage is pruned now. The pot is draining water correctly, but lately I take it to be much to small - the tree is now about 20 cm and the pot is only 15 cm long which bothers me. The soil in it's upper layer black earth, but the lower ones are a sandy/rocky substrate. I checked the foils regularly on both sides, no sign of fungi or other diseases.
well the only problom i see with it that it may be root bound in the small pot it might need root pruneing and or a slightly larger pot with uniform soil throughout.i dont know too much about apple trees but i think ive read someware that they(like allot of diffrent kinds of trees) dont like allot of intense heat.allso have you benn feeding it?with that gravel sand mix in the bottom of the pot its probly not getting enouph nutreance.hope this helps,it would be nice to see a pic of the tree.good luck frog
Fine, today, I changed the pot and the earth. I'll watch and see, to what this may lead. Thanks! PS. I'll post some fotos later.
cool green, maybe even try misting it with a sprayer one or twise a day.might not whant to watter the roots to much though for awile sence it just got repotted.yas a foto would be cool to see,im interested in your tree.just give it exstra speacal care for awile. well thoughts sunshine to you and your tree frog

Yesterday I spotted some new leaves... ... so I guess worst is over. But I expect though some tough effects of the pot-change this week.
