I think of it like this. God went inside Mary and flesh was formed around him. She gave birth to him, so he is the father, because it caused pregancy, and he is the son because he was born. John Chapter 1 1: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2: The same was in the beginning with God. 3: All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4: In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 14: And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. 15: John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. 16: And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. 17: For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. The word was God and was made flesh, which is Jesus. A good example is this. If you walk up to a bird, it will run from you. How can you show it your good intentions? Become a bird.
Ok Back UP.. The word was WITH God.. Jesus was God'screation. Probably his first creation.. Like I said, Jesus was filled with God's SPIRIT.. When we becme Spirit filled, we are filled with THAT Spirit.. The Father and the Son and the Holy Ghost are three separate things connected by the same Spirit.,. Which we are filled with, which makes us connected.. My suggestion is that if you don't understand something, pray about it then read your Bible. BUT before you read the Bible, pray for Knowledge, Wisdom, and Understanding.
I beieve that somewhere in the Bible, It's says that bad stuff will happen if the words are altered.. well look around.. I think the Holy Spirit is the only thing that helps us get what we truly need to get out of what is left of the Bible..
