I fucking love that song, by The Shins. They are awesome and that song makes me want to cry because it is so beautiful. I have it blaring right now....who else here likes them? I've been wanting to find out for a long time who did that song but I never new until I bought the Garden State soundtrack and it's number4 on there. They have some good songs on that soundtrack. Especially this one.
i really like the shins. Dont know why i do...they just really kind of clicked with me except i dont think "new slang" is that great of a song...i dont see how its any better then "caring is creepy" or "so says I" or "kissing the lipless" or...many others just my opinion.
yeah i just think its prettyful sounding. I have only heard caring is creepy and new slang, i just found out about them yesterday so i'll have to get their cd sometime
Sometimes I'm not sure what I think about The Shins, I like them, but then at times I'm like "???!?! what?"... Sometimes I think their music is a little depressing.
