Orchids!

    Hello everyone I really would like some help on a little problum I call me Orchid plant...See my best friend is a boarder at my school and her mum gave the family an orchid as a thank or somthing anyways..I would really like to keep the Orchid alive during the summer so when she returns next fall the Orchid is live....
    Soo Getting to my point I was just wondering if anyone had any point to keep the poor already dying orchid alive!! Thank you soo much!

    i work in a greenhourse so i know a bit about orchids. make sure your plent is not in regular ole' dirt. an orchid needs drainage and it's roots need air. firtilize weekly in the summer and bi-weekly in the winter. it needs light but not direct sun. hope this helps
