I'm interested in pursuing meditation to improve my outlook on life. I often think negatively about things and complain alot. Does anyone think that a certain method would be best to achieve this end? I also have terrible posture(I look like I'm trying to sink into the ground).
    Thanks in advance

Meditation isn't the only way to improve your negitive outlook on life. At first when you think of something negitive...stop and make a positive thought about the same thing. Meditiation can help to you must improve your everyday thoughts also.

From a scientific prospective we all have these connectors in our brains. The more we use one type of reaction (or action) the more your brain will naturally do this. Almost everytime because those connectors have a great relationship. In this case it would be negitivity. If you stop and think of something true positive affrimation about the object or person that you have negitive feelings about you will start to use your other connectors. Over time you will have more positivity in your life.

But anywho, that is my rant for the night...have a good one!
