Is pregnancy less likely to happen while your having your period?, because for the first time at the end of my girls period i had sex with her the first time with out a condom, did not cum inside of her, but cummed outside of her, maybe a few drops of precum got to her, but you never know. What are the chances of her beeing pregnant?

Pretty good, each droplet of precum contains 50,000 sperm. Precum is too small for you to see.

There is no time during which a woman is so much less likely to become pregnant that it makes a difference. The inner wall of the pussy can form a bump and save sperm until an appropriate time. The womans body is made to get pregnant. Get some stuff in the area and things can happen.

ok first of all dont panick 2 much. there is always a chance of her being pregnant the precum is stronger i think so there is a chance still. But then there is also a chance she might not be. your best bet is to talk to her and ask her, go and buy a test and ask her to do it, even if she is there is things that can be done about it, as it wasnt that long ago the morning after pill maybe ,and im pretty sure that there is another pill she could take up to a month or so. And if she isnt you got lucky dude. hopefully you learnt a lesson to always use a condom. also get yourself checked for any STD's as well. good luck xxx

    Editted for Misinformation:

It is everyone's own responsibility to understand their body and the consequences of their actions.

If you plan on continuing to have sex with this woman, she needs to start birth control and you should start wearing a condom.

PS Precum contains more than enough semen to impregnate.

    Wow, um, okay, no.....

While it is *possible* to get pregnant at any time if god really wants you to have that baby, a woman's most fertile time is not "5 days before the end of her period and for 5 days after the end of her period." Oh my god, no! That would mean she is most fertile during her period, if she menstruates 5 days...

The most fertile time is during ovulation- the half way point between periods, usually 2 weeks before the start of her period... During her period is when her body is getting rid of that unfertilized egg!

Please check out Scarleteen.com because they should be teaching this shit in high school, dammit!

well, sorry if I don't fit your AGE requirement. But I am a girl who knows LOTS about sex and chances of being pregnant.

They are very very small that she is pregnant. Pre-ejaculation does contain sperm and your girlfriend IS at risk for being pregnant, but like I said the chances are very small.

Your girlfriend was at the end of her period. Ok, that means that she did not get pregnant last month and her lining has shed. A new egg wil be released USUALLY in the next 2 weeks after she ends her period. This can vary.

All I can tell you is to not be dumb and irresponsible and use condom EVERY TIME or get her on some birth control.

    see? She's 20 and WRONG!

    (sorry Bella)

Little Dove's got it right. During ovulation is when a woman is most likely to get pregnant. Although because sperm can live in the body for a few days, you have to take that into consideration as well.

It's unlikely that she could become pregnant during her period, but definitely not impossible. Use condoms each and every time if you want to avoid pregnancy.

yay everyones wrong and everyone is right! yay!
aaaanyways, ovulation is the most fertile time and the chances of her being pregnant wouldnt be all that great even if you did cum inside her, the fact you didnt lessens that chance even more...the precum containing sperm is a bit iffy. precum itself does not contain sperm, however iot depends on the kind of precum and your prior actions to the fucking. i can cum actual sperm packed cum well before i reach orgasm and fully ejaculate. most people don't have that to take into consideration as the clear liquidy stuff that most people know as precum doesnt contain any actual sperm when produced in the body and is used for added lubrication near your time of ejaculation....however, if you have semen left over in the shaft of your cock when the precum leaks out it can mingle with that semen and thus make your precum liable to impregnate.

the chances of you getting her pregnant the day after her period is pretty damn small. semen doenst live all that long and it would have to wait around in her uterus for another egg to drop before it could impregnante her.

that being said...i feels its my duty to say the pull out method even in combination witht he rythm method is no substitute for condoms. even at your age....STDS man....STDS

Yes, it is possible she could be pregnant, yes its possible she could be not pregnant, you won't be able to find out until two weeks anyway so my advice chill out go about your daily life because there's nothing you can do about it now, unless its not too late for the morning after pill, and go to a clinic and get a pregnancy test.

wow there is sooo much information here....

the only thing i really have to say is that ovulation ALWAYS comes exactly 14 days BEFORE a girl's period. if she's regular you can kinda figure out when that is, but if she's irregular and has gotten her period within two weeks of each other than there is a big chance she could be pregnant.. (you following me?) so that may give you some idea of at least when she's expected to be ovulating. also, i know with most rhythm methods they say not to have sex within the time the period ends and the ovulation ends, roughly.

not really...if you have a 21 day cycle then you can begin ovulating 2 days after your 5 day period ends and then 14 days later your period begins agian. so long as your cycle is at least 19 days long you can ALWAYS ovulater 14 days before your period begins

it doesn't matter how long your cycle is, you always ovulate 14 days before your period. if you have a 28 day cycle, then you're also ovulating 14 days AFTER the first day of your period.. but that isn't what i said, is it?

like dangermoose said... if your cycle lasts 21 days, then you get your period, and 7 days later you ovulate, and 14 days later you have your period again, see what i'm saying now?... you can look it up if you want, but i learned this in a college course on sexuality, and have seen it in other places too.

Yea, I took the Biology of Human Reproduction too in college.... And this site has a little graph of ovulation and menstrual cycles, I mentioned it in my first post.
