Why did I laugh my fucking ass off at work for? There was this retarded girl sitting by herself and you'll never guess what she was doing. She was fingering herself. OMG I'm laughing as I type this. She was enjoying it and she was laughing too. OMG OMG OMG! You had to be there!

I do not find that funny. I run a program for children with disabilities. The right thing to do would be to go up to her and say 'wouldn't the bathroom or home be a more appropriate place'. Or what I do with my kids who are at that age is hand them one of those koosh balls or another textured object to get their minds off of it and distract them.
