A while ago I read in High Times about this light bulb called O*ZONELite that helps weed grow. I bought and it works real well. I've been reading in here about all these lights but I know this is the best one so I wanted to tell everyone. It's 49.95 for a full-spectrum bulb- thats what I use and its really good. www.ozonelite.com if anyone wants to try it.

This is just a compact flouro.

And I don't think it's the best price out there-

You've made a ton of cash using a 50-watt florescent light bulb?
Since HPS produces 3 x more pot than a florescent, you'd make 3 tons of cash if you switched.

You can't get around the fact that flo's aren't good for growing pot. Lots of them at a rate of 3000 lumens per sq/ft can veg. ok but you'd need more than 6000 lumens per sq/ft. for decent budding, and only if you kept 'em short.

Add: I just visited the linked site. What a crock of crap.
They claim their light bulb is also a superior air purifier and eliminates allergens, among other marvels.

And nowhere did it mention lumens emitted or give the actual color spectrum.

Save your $ people. For twice that you can get a 150 watt HPS set-up @homedepot and grow way more pot that any florescent, at a cheaper operating cost.

If you seriously read the info on this light, You may realize it could have a certain potential for someone dealing with diseases or fungus indoor.
Fusarium for some reason comes to mind..
I think one added to a growroom might be beneficial as sidelight- additional light- But I def. wouldnt try growing under one...
Might throw one into my 2200 watt mixed spectrum budchamer though...
It would do great in my 325 watt veg area too.
But the wilt is gone for now, I dont think i need it.So I wont get it if i dont need it.

    Thanks for your input alley.
Ihave seen great resuls in the vegg cycle using the compact flouros, even shop lights, lol. But for budding, Ranger D hit it right on. More light is needed for budding a producer.

That ozone light kills fungus and molds, the site claims they clean the air better than hepas.
I veg under full sun- or a dual spectrum ....But for additional light it may be useful.
Still cant see how you made a ton of cash with it.
To highschool kids a 100 bucks is a ton of cash.....
Im confused- I run 2200 watts and im lucky to pay my electric bill...
which by the way is up to 700 bucks for 3 months due...

I let a buddy know about this light, he has mold mildew problems also.and his comment was "i have spent thousands trying to irradicate this mold problem" "what the heck is another 50 bucks" he says...
So I''ll get the details from him as the experiment progresses ..
Im using a hepa filter ,and 600 to 1200 cfm output, and pasive intake....Because the fusarium is hell as well.
