They waste more time, effort and money than any other person or group that I can think of, but it's our money, not theirs, so they don't care.

 

I dont see how this is debatable, "Skip" the webmaster here at Hippy.com said in his own words that they monitor the site. Many many people here have gotten those suspicious messages asking about buying pot. Maybe the cops think there is a secret message board on the web wear it has growers supplying people in america with pot. And i still dont understand the whole "too much time/money/effort for the cops" theory. How much time/money/effort do u put in to surfing these forums each day?

Imagine this.. a huge glass box full of thousands of drug users, dealers, smugglers, growers, etc.. dont you think the cops would occasionally peek into that box and observe them for whatever reason?
