Token Mickey Mouse...

    I have a question. Is it a copyright violation to use Mickey Mouse high as a kite on a pendant? I made one and am wondering if it could be put on Ebay... or do you think they would have a cow over it? I really don't want to push the envelope with Ebay.

    High as a kite? If it's not actually Disney's Mickey Mouse, then I don't think you can say it is.

    Mickey mouse, and anything that looks near enough to it so that someone would say het that 's mickey mouse IS a copyright violation.
    posting to E-bay from the US would be risky. Leave it to face-to face sales or by request only.
