Ok, if anyone even reads this, lol, u can check my posts under help wanted and under this for Wassaic, NY, community project developing. Ok, the owner, Mr. William Henry, who can be reached at 518-398-1337, is interested in borrowing $5,000 to pay back w/ interest.
We are trying to develop a project here and we are falling behind on the mortgage. It would most likely be a 3-6 month loan. U can also reach me @ 845-832-7100. I know this isn't the "proper" place to post this type of ad, but Mr. Henry insisted I post it here first. Or if anyone has any suggestions for another place to post this ad !!! Hey Sara74, A few other community situations have posted on here when they were in need of some green energy, and they were using the word "donations"...and I think they got some results, if I'm not mistaken. Just read through the threads. Good Luck

No credit check, just a promissary note that we can notarize. I mean if u take out a loan from a bank then u'll have a credit check, but we try to avoid using banks unless is absolutely necessary. We do everything legally, just not w/ a paper trail, u know??
