Dont think I am weird or anything ok... well maybe I am..

Has anyone met their spouce, Boyfriend/girlfriend over the internet?
not just on dating sites, but maybe over a forum or chatroom??

I have been thinking alot lately,
Guys seem to be attracted to me more over the internet then in reality...
why is this?

Am I ment to find my "tru love" over the internet? :&

Yea i know what its like I met my girlfriend on IRC when we were 14 (I'm 21 now, and she will be in september). We'd been great friends for years and then something clicked. She came over here to visit at easter, and I'm flying out to Toronto to see her before I go back to university at the end of the summer holidays

All being well she's moving here to get a place with me next summer

Well it never happened with me before, but you never Know, it could happen when you least expect it to.

 

I met my wife on another forum maybe 4 years ago. She is from Spain and I live in the US. We chatted for a while, then she decided to come visit for a month. We went back and forth for a while and ended up getting married so we could live together.

i had a feeling about her while waiting at the airport the first time...I knew it was going to be a big turning point in my life

 

i met my love in these forums we plan to be married someday

 

Now that's the kinda story I like to here, I just a sucka for happy endings.

I've had a lot of relationships with people I've met on the internet, and found love with a couple of people, both from the hipforums.

 

its easier to open up online, so i usually make deeper connections with people i meet online. So, i would say its possible to meet someone you love online.
