I've recently started getting sexual with my new boyfriend.Today I gave him a blowjob and he almost cried. He told me that he has pain whenever he ejaculates whilst with someone although when he masturbates it's fine. I know it's quite possible that there's something wrong with his plumbing but if it doesn't happen when he masturbates could it be something else? Has anyone had this problem before? I really care about him and I don't want him to be in physical pain every time we do stuff together.

hmmmmmmmmmmmm, thats not good....was it the ejaculation itself that was painful or the sensations in his nether region? when you masturbate you know what feels good and what doesnt, but when someone else is doing it, its more than likely going to get uncomfortable at one point or another. the head can get extremely over sensitive especially during and nearing orgasm, just like the clit and can be quite painful if not played with jussst right, talk to him about what specifically was hurting and maybe try just giving him a hand job to finish him off after a bj

Well he says that it's always been the ejaculation, even when he has sex. He's not the most sexually experienced so I wonder if it's just some subconcious nerves thing. I don't know but I hope we get it sorted soon.

I agree that your boyfriend should see a doctor. There's no telling what kind of adverse medical condition he may have. Does he experience painful urination as well? If he does, then he needs to see a doctor ASAP -- and so do you.

well the sensations in my cock can be mildly painful during ejaculation due to the sensations involved on a very sensitive spot. fucking and oral aren't like masturbation...i think he'll prolly jsut need to desensitize his penis....and only practise practise practise can do that :p

If the pain is just at that time and just afterwards and goes away very fast, i'd say he's just not used to it and is just extremely sensitive like women can be, but if the pain starts at ejac. and continues for like 10mins to an hour or more, I'd say he has an internal issue, maybe bladder or prostate infection.

If he's fine on his own it sounds like it's a sensitivity thing that he's just not used to it. Maybe he can show you how he does it himself and then you can copy so you know where not to touch maybe.

I'd possibly see a doctor though if it doesn't go away.

-->Also someone mentioned 'blue balls' and that is a REAL thing, don't think it's something guys have made up. Some guys may have been scummy and pressure a girl to "finish what she started" so to speak or else they'll be in pain but that's just manipulation on sympathy, of a real phenomenon.
If someone is un-experienced and very excited, and then left on their own after getting all hot and bothered without ejaculation, the pressure that builds up inside can be quite painful. If you think about it these fluids have to go through I think it was 1.5 metres or more of 'piping' in the body and the pressure created to facilitate this, if unrelieved leads to constriction of the testicles. (sorry to be so gross but it's true!) When everything is engorged with blood in a guy, only orgasm will let the blood go back out into the main body, or else it just sits there acting as a sort of clamp and it can be an intensely painful experience! It does of course go away but often can take more than an hour or even two or three.

If this guy is un-experienced he might actually be getting so worked up that he's getting pain from this, even just after orgasm with a girl. If that's the case it should go away pretty soon when he's more comfortable and stop happening ever again.
