Legalize Marijuana. It would start a cascade of change. I think it would start an and to the very infastructure on wich this political power feeds.

 

I don't quite agree with this. in fact I do not agree. this is not as free as the human race could possibly be. it is as free as it has ever been yes, but not the most free it could possibly be.

I'm not sure if that quote is exactly how it goes but it will do in me making my point.....we are just one race, in one world, created by one God. one person trying to say that this world is not as it should be is making a really bold statement. almost as if he/she knew better than God? as a person with the capabilities with which God gave me to even reject Him, I know for a fact the world is not a good place....yet. or rather not as good as it could and should come to be. meaning that there are millions of things which the sense of possibility tells me are wrong with the world today. this is the best possible world that I have ever known, but it is still not good in the sense that possibility is limitless. whether people believe in God is irrevelant to me. I for one believe in God, on my own, and therefore I trust that the world is as it should be, for now. changes will still occur for the better and for the worse. world peace is a possibility but I can't see it happening for many many lifetimes. world wars will be fought before world peace is achieved, and that is not a good world in that the sense of possibility offers hope for a peaceful world before wars have to kill those in favour of a war....the concept of heaven and hell is nothing I will spend my time worrying over. the one thing each person has the capability of is to be the person they want to be. in my case I want to live this life of mine in the most human way possible. that means I will be good in whatever I conciously decide to do, and I will be bad if I am unaware that goodness is a limited concept. if heaven exists it still exists for those who do not believe in it, as does hell...I am in neither. I am in the world God has created for me, us, to live in....and anyone who succeeds in right conduct during their lifetimes will see heaven whether they believe in God or heaven or not. God will care about the good, and faith has nothing to do with goodness. again I do believe in God but faith alone will never be able to trick me into being a good person...that is up to me to try and become, and the best possible world of all, so far and as it is, is just in the background of my life...

 

Thank you for explaining that and your exactly right, if I would have used the word "this" instead of "the" in that sentence maybe this thread would have taken a different direction. for some reason trying to explain just adds to the time I'm already wasting.

has anybody ever taken the 'top five' 5 or so religions 'handbooks' to greatness that also learned loved and followed the teachings of each one of them for some time, and while doing so gone through making note of the way each of one makes their approach to teaching what becomes, or should become what we are willing to use as the 'foundation' for our spiritual conscience as to what is and is not the way we want to see ourselves, or what we have to look forward evolving as ?

it seems like a possibility to create something that nearly everybody would be more than willing to expose the teachings of to their children and what most people today could accept as the 'right' way.... because it was created in the best interest of putting an end to our religious differences that generate bloodshed, would provide us with a universal method to teaching the basic morals that all of our consciousnesses not only need but desire, and also be something that all of our major religions could agree as the best way to understand the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.... among millions of other things. we know we are all from one source, but nothing is universal.

right now everybody that has allowed their education to play a role in their lives are without one piece of proof that what they believe in, that what they know, or think they know. is right....

who each one of us are , our origin of life and way of reasoning in our choices of life, as well as what we believe in is all a result of one lifetime of learning experiences. and eventho' it's impossible to teach everone, or for everyone to learn the same things... because each one of us are on a unique path,, it would be possible to create something that most everyone in the world would understand as the price we would have to pay, for the lines we crossed.
there must if there is ever to be one day of peace here , or one worldwide understanding and teaching method to install in our children minds of,
what they are willing to fight about and if it is worth dying for.

the reason for the in war our world can be blamed on our source of what the conscious mind learns, and it's relevance to our foundation of belief's when it comes to,
people in general, the " who each one of us are , our origin of life and way of reasoning our choices of life, as well as what we believe in is all a result of one lifetime of learning experiences"

is so conflicting of what the other side believes is 'right'


the real differences between us are not how we live or where we live or even what our way of life is, it's that what we believe is the 'right' way, is by whom we live our lives for. we have one source of life, but everybody has been scattered into a million different pieces because of their faith in how to live a pleasing life according to 'their father'. Who tames and tempts us by dangling the promise of another one, or an everlasting one... if they live to be maintained control of by the hands of power.
if our life is not led in a path that leads to please somebody, then we become lost and so many people are there already that, becoming one of the lost souls gives some an opportunity to become found by the 'outsiders', the one's who have no respect for any name including their own.
there didn't always have to have, but there must always be at least a some foundation that makes us want to preserve our way life. the animals rely on their instincts, hopefully our connection to the animal kingdom will prove to be strong enough for us to one day do what we think is right about what wrongs are being done and imposed upon us.

religion plays such a huge part in the war of our world because each side is fighting for what they believe in, and they don't realize they are fighting about the differences within themselves, to force their way onto others, maintain what they believe in, to preserve their way of life, to maintain their ground, what they must defend about themselves

basically what they think is acceptable to murder or make war over. according to and by God.

I guess this is the result of something as educated and tremendous as the human race has become to this planet and not yet evolving to the realizing that they have to live either in , or outside of the animal kingdom. we are hung up in between hoping to get one of them off.

the nature of this earth will always exist, but by God, man is the only animal that has the ability to make conscious decisions, and our method of collecting food also has the ability to recreate our dreams. we started with a lot of war, and then we made the machine. now we are fighting over what and how much we want to feed it.

I assume when man invented machine he never considered that it would become such a burden to feed that his own people would have to be treated and turned into slaves. somewhat similar to what
God may or may not have considered when He, supposedly "first breathed life into man from the earth and sands of time with a breath of his nostrils"......now both God and man are experiencing the same scenario of a monster they can neither contain or control the growth of.

I guess that's why people sometimes say "all we need is love" it's not because we want more of the love we share with each other, it's because love is all what we need to stay alive , love is what created us.

the only way to live on nothing but love, is to live a happy life in our own natural environment. like an animal that lives to be here for now, to feed and breed and nothing else, avoid his predator and have no other burden. , i'd rather be a bird right now , even an ugly one with poor tune .

i guess what it boils down too is if by some miracle we could make the changes in our world, what people would need first is something that we want to recreate, a vision of what we want to become. what we need to provide and maintain life to ourselves determines how we will evolve and,
, unfortunately we lost control of that, and unlike everything else that has existed on earth
mother nature will not determine it, because she is not considered or treated as , much less worshipped as your source, ... and since you know very little of what is, people would have to want what God wanted of us. what He would want to see Himself as.

the only way to achieve that would be, to agree on what God teaches us we can and should be living to achieve, knowing the difference right and wrong-the consequences ... and make the sacrifices to ourselves to get out of the animal kingdom before we leave this earth destroyed.

We, what we are living and fighting for, is people.

everything else already has eternal life. everything else is love.
since human beings created religions to live the life we choose to live, it would be worth the time to somehow create , using 5 or 6 representation of our teaching books, to provide the tool to build a universal foundation to begin teaching with,if we ever want to live in a natural environment, without it requiring us killing each other, unless of course we want to live as cannibals. maybe
it would be better than thinking we are so under something greaters care control and watchfull eye, lost spinning out of control not knowing where we are, where we came from, worrying about how to get to the afterlife,

stuck here thinking we have the ability to figure it out, and that we are unwilling and unable to work together, when we know we are running out of time.
oh well, you really shouldn't worry about all this shit, get out and enjoy life while you still can...., as you can see it's already driving enough of us crazy.
