is there anyone around here who's familiar with Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's music? I discovered him about 3 years ago, and he's a fav of mine...
I like his songs on the Natural born killers soundtrack, but when I downloaded an album of him on soulseek it didn't had the same atmosphere. So I still have to check him out really.

hey that's cool. I forgot they used Nusrat's music in that film. if you ever do wanna check out something else by him, you have over 300 albums to choose from. the first one I ever picked up by him is called the supreme collection vol. I. it's what got me hooked on his music. and squeaky: alright! I never thought someone would actually respond to this thread as a Nusrat fan. but since you like his music too maybe you could suggest others I could check out. I've heard a bit from the Sabri Brothers and a few other Qawwali artists....but not really a lot. I heard something by Musafir too, and I think they're pretty cool....maybe you could help me out with some other suggestions. peace, Robi
