I have decided to lose some weight, and discoverd a really greta way to do so.... the recipe is actually very simple- one "therapy" lasts 13 days. The base is to drink lemon juice squeezed from a fresh lemmon, mixed with one glass of water- one the first day you drink one lemmon, on the second day two, and so on, and it goes until on the 7th day you have 7 lemmons, after that you go backwards, on the 8th day you drink again six lemmons and so on...the best way is to mix half of a lemmon with one glass of water, because that way you also drink a lot of water which is basic for losing weight, but if you think that acid from one lemmon per glass isn't to hard for you you can drink it that way too.. the first results are visible after a week, more or less good luck!
of course, that is always the best recipe, but this is something my doctor told my godmother, and he said that this is good for people who even don't have any troubles with health, it is good for cleaning the organism from toxins or something like that, good thing I tell you

A PL worth his salt can drop thirty five pounds or so in seventy two hours and immediately rehydrate back to his former weight. The 242lb class contains a LOT of 275-280lb guys who drop tons of water, then just after weigh in jump into a bath of distilled water while slamming down Gatorade, etc.
