Tunic Pattern?

Does anybody have a cool loss tunic pattern for a guy's shirt? The only thing I can find is medieval and would like something different. I've been looking all morning and can't find anything.

I would like something similiar to :

except geared toward a guy look and not so detailed.

yeah, it's basically four uh, rectangles? except one end is bigger than the other. sew the big ones together for the tunic, with slits, and the sleeves on second. if i could draw this for you i would--i make the medieval tunics all the time and it is basically the same thing. it's really easy.
